Kern High School District, Career Resource Department received $2,152,784 in funding for program year 2024-2025, 51% or $1,098,642 from the US Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). The balance of funds comes from CalWORKS Paid Work Experience, $729,142, the state’s Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), $300,000, Kern County Department of Human Services, $25,000.
